2025 Housing Summit — April 9

The 2025 Housing Summit will bring together housing practitioners, planning staff, and elected officials from throughout Chatham County, its municipalities, and surrounding counties, to address the critical housing challenges facing the region.

Focusing on the region’s diverse urban, suburban, and exurban communities, the Housing Summit will explore key issues such as rapid population growth, outdated zoning regulations, and the critical need to strengthen the region’s housing supply.

It will also address the importance of political will and leadership in driving policy initiatives while fostering stronger collaboration and commitment from both the public and private sectors to support sustainable housing efforts to create actionable solutions that bridge gaps in policy and resources to meet the growing demand for housing across the Southeast Coastal region. 

 General Admission is $10.00 (ticket price includes breakfast and lunch).
